The OCJF’s Youth Council
The OCJF’s Youth Council’s vision is to empower Orange County youth through advocacy, education, fundraising opportunities in support for immigrant detainees, and mobilizing the youth community to generate more support for the immigrant community in Orange County.
The Orange County Justice Fund Youth Council was formed in January 2020 by a group of high school students driven by a shared desire to create meaningful change in their community. Since its founding, the Youth Council has remained steadfast in its commitment to advocating for immigrant rights and advancing OCJF’s broader mission and goals. Through their dedication and leadership, the Youth Council continues to inspire and engage the next generation of social justice advocates.
The Youth Council calls on all high school and college students to join us in our fight to advocate for immigrant justice in Orange County. If you are interested in learning more about the YC or would like to join us, complete the interest form for the Youth Council down below.
We look forward to meeting you!
