Since OCJF’s founding, the mission has been representation for all in immigration court. We anticipate elevating this developing campaign to the full extent of organizational capacity. OCJF is proud to support AB 2031 – the REP for All Immigrants Act! #REP4All expands access to legal services and representation for immigrant Californians.
Statement on the Border Deal
We call on the Orange County Democratic congressional delegation to publicly oppose Biden’s horrific immigration deal and any future attempts from the White House to push for similar provisions, which includes astronomical funding for expanded immigrant detention and surveillance, increased family separation, and the complete evisceration of the basic human right to asylum.

OCJF supported Harmonizing Our Measures for Equality Act (HOME) Act by uplifting campaign media, participating in listening sessions, and contacting our local representatives.

VISION Act (AB 937)
OCJF supported AB 937 by holding a legal forum, participating in activism, and meeting with elected officials to advocate for the passage of the state bill.
Justin Chung Pardon Campaign to stay in CA with family
OCJF uplifted Justin’s campaign by coordinating press conferences, and listening sessions to advocate for his pardon, and there for safety of looming deportation.
