OCJF fundraises to provide financial assistance to individuals and families that cannot afford to pay bonds set by immigration officials and judges.
OCJF also provides legal resources to individuals and families that cannot afford legal representation, since there is currently no right to an attorney for any person facing deportation, including asylum seekers at the borders
