Nam-Giao Do
Nam–Giao Do is an Associate Attorney at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP’s Irvine, CA office. She represents individual and corporate clients in a wide range of employment and family-based immigration matters and in federal district court.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Nam–Giao worked at boutique immigration law firms in the San Francisco Bay area. While in law school, Nam–Giao interned for the U.S. Department of Labor, where she reviewed U-visa applications for certification and supported the agency’s litigation strategies. She also served as a judicial clerk for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where she drafted opinions and presented cases before three-judge panels. As a student attorney, Nam–Giao assisted survivors of human trafficking and contributed to Massachusetts’ first-ever guide for attorneys on representing victims of human trafficking. Nam–Giao provides pro bono immigration assistance in conjunction with several local and national non-profits. She is a long-time volunteer with Giao Diem Humanitarian Foundation, which runs a pediatric nutrition program for and provides humanitarian services and disaster relief in rural Vietnam.
Nam–Giao earned her JD from Boston University School of Law and her BA from UCLA, where she focused on Globalization and Southeast Asian Studies. She is a native of Orange County.
