Norma Garcia Guillen
Ms. Garcia is a business litigation attorney and founding partner at Garcia Rainey Blank & Bowerbank LLP. Ms. Garcia has been practicing law for 15 years and has remained active in her community. Ms. Garcia proudly served as president of the Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County in 2008, as Chair of KidWorks between 2013 and 2015, and a member of the UCI Law School’s Dean Executive Committee. She currently serves on the board of the Alzheimer’s Family Center in addition to Orange County Justice Fund. Ms. Garcia earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and her B.A. in Government and Latin American Studies from Smith College.
